ALPHARETTA, GEORGIA — April 15, 2005 (NYSE:NP) — Neenah Paper, Inc. today announced it will release 2005 first quarter financial results on Wednesday, May 11, after the closing of the New York Stock Exchange. The company will hold a Webcast to discuss earnings and business results at 11 a.m. (EDT) on Thursday, May 12.
All interested parties are invited to listen to the Webcast live via the company's Internet
site at www.neenah.com. Replays of the Webcast will also be available through the same site from May 12 until June 10.
In addition, the company announced that its Board of Directors has set a meeting and record date for the 2005 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. The Annual Meeting will be held at 2:00 p.m. Central time on Monday, June 20, 2005 at the Neenah Paper Whiting Mill, 3243 Whiting Road, Stevens Point, Wisconsin. Neenah Paper’s common stockholders of record as of April 25, 2005 will be eligible to vote at the meeting.
