Our Fine Paper business is recognized as a world class manufacturer of premium writing, text and cover materials, cotton fiber papers and specialty items in a wide variety of colors, textures and eco-friendly processes, with distinguished brands including CLASSIC®, ENVIRONMENT®, NEENAH®, STARWHITE® and ESSE®. We purchased the Fox River Paper Company in March 2007, adding important brands and making Neenah the clear leader in the premium fine paper market. Fine Paper manufacturing facilities are located in Wisconsin (3).
Our Technical Products business is a leading producer of customized, saturated, coated, and specialized materials for a variety of end markets, with well-known brands such as MUNISING LP®, Gessner® and varitess®. We sell our products globally into 17 product categories, with customers located in more than 35 countries. In October 2006, we purchased a German specialty products business, expanding our Technical Products business into new markets such as Transportation Filtration and Wall Covering. Following the acquisition, we reorganized Technical Products into five global business units: Filtration, Tape, Component Materials, Graphics and Identification and Wall Covering. Manufacturing facilities are located in Michigan and Germany (3).
